Set up Meteora
Account, wallet permissions, funding and your first copy trade.
#Before you start
- A signed-in account. See Quick Start.
- SOL you can afford to lose. Position rent and fees come from this wallet.
#Steps
Open Setup in the left rail. The Meteora LP card shows four steps.
- Account: you are signed in.
- Wallets and permissions: click Set up Meteora wallet, then Grant signing permission so Valhalla can act for you.
- Funding: click Add funds, copy the wallet address and send SOL to it.
- First copy trade: click Copy trade a wallet and follow your first wallet. See Follow a wallet.

Optional: set an export passcode on the Profile page, and keep your exported keys offline. See the Security Guide.
#What you should see
The Meteora overview shows your balance, and Activity is empty until a followed wallet trades.
#If something is off
- Balance is zero after sending: wait for the Solana transaction to confirm, then refresh.
- Copying does not start: a skipped setup step is highlighted. Finish it first.
